3B FOREVER 2018 DOO (hereinafter referred to as "3B FOREVER DOO") provides all deliveries and services on the basis of these GTC. The GTC apply to all orders placed in our e-shop.
1. Offer and conclusion of contract
Our prices are quoted in EURO (Euro). Shipping costs are not included in the prices. If shipping costs are charged, these are shown separately when the order is completed (step "Order overview") (see 3. Shipping costs).
Our e-shop range is updated on an ongoing basis. Nevertheless, it is possible that items, although included in the e-shop, are no longer available. If an item is no longer available, the customer will be informed by e-mail. Any remaining orders remain valid.
The purchase contract is concluded upon acceptance of the order by 3B FOREVER DOO.
2.Order and payment
Orders can be placed via the online ordering system of our e-shop, by phone and e-mail.

3.Shipping costs
The shipping costs for postal orders and/or destinations outside Serbia are calculated individually for each order. They depend on the size of the order and the destination of the order. The shipping costs are shown when the order is completed (step "Order overview") and charged to the customer.
Shipments with a destination outside Serbia may be charged with customs and VAT costs of the country of destination. 3B FOREVER DOO has no influence on these costs. These costs shall be borne by the customer.
4.Delivery times
As a rule, the following delivery times apply:

Europe
7 - 14 working days from receipt of order
Non-European countries

In exceptional cases, it is possible that the stated deadlines may be exceeded.
5.Retention of title
The goods remain the property of 3B FOREVER DOO until full payment has been received.
6.Liability
3B FOREVER DOO accepts no liability for any damage caused by the use of the purchased products, in particular in the event of improper use.
7.Data protection / Security
3B FOREVER DOO only stores the customer data necessary for business transactions and uses it exclusively for this purpose. All customer data is treated confidentially in accordance with data protection legislation. 3B FOREVER DOO does not pass on any data to third parties. All data is transmitted securely via https (SSL encryption).
8.Jurisdiction
Our business activities are based exclusively on Serbian law. The place of jurisdiction is Belgrade.
9.General
By submitting an order to 3B FOREVER DOO, the customer confirms that he has read, understood and accepted the general terms and conditions.
